Chef Inspired Recipe:

Venture to the Southwest via the Green Chile Burger. Cheddar-jack cheese tops an Angus patty with New Mexico green chile relish made with onion, garlic, chili powder, and fire roasted green chiles. Serve on a toasted bun with a pickle spear and a side of crinkle cut fries. 


Kitchen Tips:

    • Can’t find fire roasted green chiles at the store? Roast your own at home either on the grill or broil them on a sheet pan in the oven.
    • For an added twist, wrap the burger in tortillas and toast it in a skillet for a quesadilla burger version.
    • Are you a sauce lover? Add a chipotle mayo or chipotle ranch for extra flavor.
