Gathering around the Holiday Table with Beef

Tis' the Season for tenderloin, rib roast and all those great holiday roasts that please year in and year out. KBC is helping out retailers across Kentucky in an effort to keep beef top of mind during Holiday Roasting season. Staff has distributed point-of-sales materials to retailers and is running advertisiments during the weeks before Christmas.

KBC has been posting tips and recipes on social media sites and has been placing them also in print media for consumers and producers.

Throughout the season, KBC will be presenting and sampling Holiday Roasting recipes on media outlets in the Louisville and Lexington Area. Watch us on Dine and Dash on Fox 41, Louisville, and Fox 56 in the Morning in Lexington every Wednesday at 7:45 AM.
