Chef Inspired Recipe:

This signature burger adds extra Kentucky flair to a classic American favorite. This beef patty is 6 oz. of Certified Angus Beef topped with bourbon braised onions, Havarti Cheese, and lettuce. To top it off, it is spread with a bourbon peppercorn aioli to add to the flavor! 


Kitchen Tips:

  • Don't play with your patties! Flip your burgers just once. You'll know when it is ready for the flip when the juices begin to pool at the top of the patty.  
  • When cooking burgers at home, make sure to cook to an internal temperature of 160°F internal temperature.
