Chef Inspired Recipe:

Classic burger ingredients provide a modern twist in Drake’s BLT burger. Hickory-smoked bacon, iceberg slaw, jalapeno-green tomato jam and Parmesan-garlic mayo piled high on an 8 oz. burger served on a butter toasted bun.

Kitchen Tips:

  • Frying bacon not your strong suit? Try cooking bacon on a sheet tray in the oven.
  • When replicating sauces as home, keep in mind dried spices, like garlic, are more potent than fresh meaning you will only need half the amount.
  • To dial down the heat of the jam, make sure jalapeno seeds are removed prior to chopping and assembly.
