1. To make glaze, combine balsamic vinegar, maples syrup, and brown sugar in small pot. Let simmer until it reduces and becomes thicker. Set aside.

2. Form two 4 oz. ground beef patties and sprinkle each side with all-purpose seasoning. Place patties on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill, covered, 8 to 10 minutes (over medium heat on preheated gas grill, covered, 7 to 9 minutes) until instant-read thermometer inserted horizontally into center registers 160°F, turning occasionally.

3. Cook each egg in pan with small amount of canola oil until medium. Pat excess oil with paper towels and set aside.

4. Arrange bacon slices in waffle-like pattern and bake in 360°F oven until desired crunchiness. Pat excess grease off with paper towel and set aside.

5. Toast 4 waffles on medium-high.

6. Build your burger! Start with one waffle, add burger patty, glaze with balsamic reduction, add bacon and egg, and drizzle with a little more reduction. Top it off with second waffle.
