1 pound ground beef (80% lean)

1 package dried onion soup mix

8 slices of bacon

4 oz. crumbled blue cheese

4 brioche buns

    1. Combine ground beef and dried onion soup mix, mixing lightly but thoroughly. Lightly shape into four ½-inch thick patties.
    2. Place patties in center of grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill, covered, 8 to 10 minutes (over medium heat on preheated gas grill, 7 to 9 minutes) until instant-read thermometer inserted horizontally into center registers 160°F, turning occasionally.
    3. Prepare bacon to desired crispiness.
    4. Place one burger on bottom of each bun; top evenly with blue cheese and two bacon slices. Close sandwiches and enjoy!
