BQCA
The Kentucky Beef Quality & Care Assurance (BQCA) Program is based on recommended national guidelines developed on scientific principles. This program enables beef and dairy producers to enhance their product, maximize marketability and strengthen consumer confidence.
Beef University
Beef University is a free, online training program which covers the beef basics that will help you market and menu beef. Your customers rely on you to be their expert source on the foods they purchase and consume. Beef U will help you understand the ‘ins and outs’ of beef to deliver superior customer service, which translates to an improved bottom line.
Beef in the classroom grant
Beef In The Classroom is a grant-funded reimbursement program that provides financial support for Kentucky middle and high school teachers to purchase beef to use in their classrooms for educational purposes. Eligible classes include family and consumer sciences, culinary arts, meat/food sciences and animal sciences. Beef in the Classroom is funded by the Beef Checkoff and administered through the Kentucky Beef Council.
